MTT Cell Viability Assay Kit
This product MTT detection kit is widely used in the determination of cell proliferation and activity, as well as the detection of drug cytotoxicity. The full name of MTT is 3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2-H-tetrazolium bromide, and the Chinese name is thiazolyl blue.

Trypan Blue Stain
Trypan Blue is a reactive dye for cells, which is often used to detect the integrity of cell membranes. Because the envelope of normal living cells is complete, it can repel trypan blue, making it unable to enter the cells, while the permeability of dead cells or cells with incomplete envelope increases, and can be dyed blue by trypan blue.

This product for cellular mycoplasma removal is a combination of quinolones and tetracyclines that interfere with mycoplasma DNA replication and protein synthesis, respectively, resulting in effective removal of cellular mycoplasmas. This product has low toxicity to eukaryotic cells, and can completely remove the infected mycoplasma in about 10 days. After replacing the normal medium, the cells are in good condition, and there is no re-positive phenomenon in continuous multi-generation culture.
