Prestained Protein Marker Ⅷ (8-270 KDa)

Western Protein MarkerⅧ is a prestained mixture ofeleven high-purity recombinant proteins, The bands display in Tris-Glycine gel range from8-270 kDa (~8,~13,~20, ~30, ~40, ~55, ~68, ~90, ~130, ~165, ~270 kDa), of which90 kDa, 30 kDa and 8kDa are rose-red bands,others are blue bands. which is convenient for monitoring of electrophoresis and transfer efficiency. It is suitable as a protein molecular weight standard for SDS-PAGE and Western Blot.

Ship with wet ice; Store at -20℃, valid for 12 months.

1. This product is ready to use with no heating, diluting or additional reducing agent necessary.Thaw at room temperature and mix gently and thoroughly.

2. Take3-10 μL (G2089) and samples for protein electrophoresis; It is suggested that qualified laboratories can determine the appropriate samplevolume by their own experimental conditions and habits when using this product for the first time, which can not only save costs, but also obtain better experimentalfigures.

3. Prestained Protein Marker Ⅷ should be stored at -20℃ immediately after use.
