Product Description/Introduction
The RNA Storage Solution is a solution for dissolving or eluting RNA precipitates. RNA is extremely susceptible to degradation due to its structural properties as well as the ubiquitous RNase, so proper preservation of RNA after RNA isolation is critical. This product effectively reduces alkali hydrolysis of RNA through low pH (pH 6.5) and efficient chelator action, and provides better RNA stability compared to ordinary enzyme-free water or TE buffer. RNA samples preserved in RNA Storage Solution can be used for subsequent common related experiments, such as reverse transcription, in vitro transcription, Northern analysis and nuclease protection assays.

Ship at room temperature,store at -20℃, valid for 24 months.
Assay Protocol / Procedures
The RNA Storage Solution is ready to use. At the time of use, add an appropriate volume of the RNA Storage Solution to an RNA pellet and vortex until completely dissolved. Dissolved RNA needs to be stored at -80°C and it is recommended that subsequent experiments be performed as soon as possible.
