Product Description/Introduction
RNA Lysis Solution (RNase Inactivated Type) is a unique chemical reagent used to solubilize or elute RNA pellets. The RNA solution obtained after dissolving or eluting RNA is heated at 60°C for 10 minutes, which can irreversibly inactivate RNase, and is compatible with downstream experiments (such as reverse transcription, RT-PCR, in vitro transcription). Therefore, it is an ideal substitute for DEPC water.

Assay Protocol / Procedures
1. Take an appropriate amount of RNA Storage solution (RNase-inactivated type) to redissolve the RNA pellet directly, or elute with it during RNA isolation procedures.
2. The RNA solution obtained from lysis or elution was incubated at 60°C for 10 minutes to inactivate the RNase and cooled naturally.
3. The obtained RNA samples can be directly used for subsequent application, or stored at -80°C.
