1 M Tris-HCl, PH 7.5 (Sterile, DNase, RNase & Proteinase Free)

This product is 1 M Tris-HCl, pH 7.5 buffer that is sterile, free of DNase, RNase and proteinase, it can be used in various biochemical and molecular biology experiments that require no DNA enzyme contamination, and can also be used for the preparation of solutions related to cell culture that require sterility.

This product uses high purity Tris, prepared with EDI ultra-pure water and adjusted to pH 7.5 with hydrochloric acid, filtered through 0.22 μm to remove bacteria, and tested to be free of nuclease and protease residue.

Ship and store at room temperature. If not used for a long time, it can be stored at 2-8℃ for 12 months.
