Product Description/Introduction
This reagent is a supplementary solution for Solution A in the Gel Casting System Solution kit.
This set together with Gel casting system, provide a convenient method for electrophoresis gel preparation. Users only to insert the aspiration tubes A\B\C in corresponding reagent bottles respectively. then follow the program of the casting system to get the correspond gel of Tris-HCl system. Compared with the traditional gel preparation method, it has the following advantages:
Easy to use:No calculating,no hand making, just click the desired concentration to get the gel.
No TEMED No bad ordor:There is no need to add TEMED in the gel preparation process, avoiding exposure to foul-smelling toxic reagents.
Excellent separation effect:This set together with gel casting program. Both isocratic and gradient gels can be prepared by this system.
Product Features
1.This reagent kit is designed for use with the Servicebio Gel Casting System T-20.
2.It can prepare gradient gels and isocratic gels of various concentrations ranging from 4% to 20%.
3.The instrument is easy to set up, with real-time mixing of reagents to prevent premature solidification, allowing for continuous gel production.
4.The accompanying reagent kit can continuously produce approximately 260 gels, with each gel costing less than $0.15USD/pc.
Storage and Shipping Conditions
Solutions A and B should be stored at room temperature away from light. If not used for a long time, please store them at 4°C. The shelf life is 12 months. Solution C should be stored at room temperature when using the machine for gel preparation and is valid for 1 month. If stored at 2-8°C, it is valid for 3 months. If not used for a long time, please store it at -20°C. The shelf life is 12 months.

Procedure
1.Place Solutions A, B, and C into their corresponding slots on the gel casting system and confirm the liquid levels.
2.Insert the input tubes of the gel casting system into the corresponding Solutions A, B, and C (the red, green, and yellow tubes of the gel casting system correspond to Solutions A, B, and C in sequence).
3.Run the corresponding program on the gel casting system, and you will see the reagents being pumped into the respective tubes.
Note
1.Be sure to match solution A, B and C with the right tubes.(red tube to solution A, green tube to solution B, yellow tube to solution C.
2.Do not mix solution A/B/C,it may cause the reagent to coagulate.
3.Regularly check the height of the liquid level,If there are any deficiencies, add them in time.
