Description/Introduction
TE Buffer is the Tris-EDTA buffer.
This product 1×TE Buffer (pH 8.0, Sterile, DNase, RNase & Proteinase free), i.e. sterile, DNase & RNase residue-free, protease residue-free ready-to-use Tris-EDTA buffer, containing 10 mM Tris, 1 mM EDTA, pH 8.0±0.1 at 25℃.
This reagent is a commonly used molecular biological reagent that can be used as a solution for dissolving, diluting, or treating samples involving DNA or RNA.
This product is formulated with EDI ultra-pure water and high purity Tris, filtered by 0.22 μm to remove bacteria, and tested to have no nuclease residue and no protease residue.
Storage and Shipping Conditions
Ship at room temperature; store at room temperature. If not used for a long time, store at 2-8°C. Valid for 12 months.
Note
1. Strict attention must be paid to avoid RNase contamination and microbial contamination during operation. It is recommended to use it in a clean workbench and wear a mask and gloves when operating.
2. The pH of Tris solution is easily affected by temperature and needs to be balanced to room temperature before use.
