DMEM, No Glucose, No Phenol Red

Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM), is a modified medium based on MEM, is a widely used basal medium for supporting the growth of many different mammalian cells.DMEM medium was initially designed with a low glucose type containing D-Glucose 1000 mg/L, and later developed into a high glucose type containing D-Glucose 4500 mg/L. D-Glucose-free DMEM medium allows the glucose concentration to be adjusted at will according to the research needs.

This product contains amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts and other ingredients required for cell culture, without protein or growth factors. Need to add 5-10% serum or serum-free additives depending on the cell type.

This product is filtered and sterilized by 0.1 μm filter membrane, pH 7.0-7.4, without phenol red indicator. No D-glucose added, no L-glutamine and sodium pyruvate, no HEPES buffer system.

Ship at room temperature; Store at 2-8℃, valid for 12 months.

1. This product has been filtered and sterilized. Attention should be paid to aseptic operation to avoid contamination.

2. For best results, do not freeze and thaw repeatedly.
