Product Description/Introduction
The 2× SDS-PAGE Loading Buffer (Non-Reduced) containing Tris-HCl buffer (63 mM, pH6.8), glycerol (10%), SDS (2%) and bromophenol blue (0.0025%), is used for electrophoretic loading of non-reducing SDS-PAGE protein samples.
Storage and Shipping Conditions
Ship with wet ice, store at -20℃, valid for 12 months.

Assay Protocol/Procedures
1. Mix well 1 μL of 1× SDS-PAGE Loading Buffer (non-reduced) per 1 μL of protein sample .
2. Heat to 95℃ for 3-5 minutes to fully denature the protein sample.
3. Cool to room temperature and load on the gels.

1. The product should be returned to room temperature before use.
