Universal Reverse PCR Primer (for MiRNA QRT-PCR)

This product is the Universal Reverse PCR Primer in the G3334 miRNA first-strand cRNA Synthesis Kit (tail addition method) of our company. When used together with the self-designed forward primers, it can be used as a Primer pair for qRT-PCR with specific miRNAs.

Storage and Handling Conditions

Wet ice transportation; Store at -20℃ for 12 months.

Primer concentration: 10 μM

The first strand cRNA of miRNA was synthesized (tail addition method) and then fluorescence quantitative PCR was performed.

The recommended dosage is 0.2µM-0.5µM per 20 µL reaction system, that is, 0.4 μL-1 μL of this product is added to every 20 µL system.

1. Pay attention to the use of RNase-free suction head during use to avoid RNase contamination;

2. This product can be stored at 4℃ for a short time. If long-term storage is required, it is recommended to store at -20℃ after packing to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

3. Primer dosage can be adjusted according to experimental needs.
