U6 Forward PCR Primer (for MiRNA QRT-PCR)

This product is an U6 forward amplification primers for human, rat and mouse, which can be used together with the Universal Reverse PCR Primer of miRNA first-strand cRNA synthesis Kit (Tailing Reaction) of our company, and can be used as an internal reference Primer pair for RT-qPCR of miRNA.

The first strand cRNA of miRNA was synthesized (Tailing Reaction) and then fluorescence quantitative PCR was performed.

The recommended concentration is 0.2µM-0.5µM per 20 µL reaction, i.e., 0.4 µL-1 µL of this product per 20 µL of system.

1. Use RNase-free tips to avoid RNase contamination.

2. The product can be stored at 4℃ for a short time. If long-term storage is required, it is recommended to store at -20℃ after packing to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

3. The amount of primers can be adjusted according to the experimental needs.
