Product Introduction
Nitrocellulose filter membrane, abbreviated as NC membrane, is a commonly used solid-phase support in solid-phase hybridization technology. It is suitable for detection methods such as chemiluminescence (e.g., ECL, hypersensitive ECL, etc.), conventional color development (e.g., DAB), Ponceau S staining, and isotope methods.
This product features a pore size of 0.22 μm, is imported and originally packaged, and comes in a roll of 33 cm x 4 m. It can be used for gel transfer. Cut the membrane according to your needs before use to avoid waste.
Storage and Transportation
Transport at room temperature. Store in a dry and sealed environment to prevent moisture. Long-term validity.
Precautions
NC membrane is hydrophilic and does not require activation with methanol, ethanol solution, etc.
NC membrane is relatively fragile and prone to breakage, so please handle with care.
Reusing NC membrane is not recommended.
Please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during operation.
