EBSS, No Calcium, No Magnesium, Phenol Red

EBSS buffer, Earle's Balanced salt Solution, is one of the commonly used phosphate buffers in cell isolation or culture. The main components are glucose, NaHCO3, NaCl, KCl and Na2HPO4, which can maintain osmotic pressure, maintain pH stability and provide simple nutrition. It can be used in in vitro experiments for tissue block, organ or cell rinsing, cell or tissue transport, cell culture reagent preparation and cell counting diluent. Calcium, magnesium and phenol red indicators can be added as required.

This product is sterilized by 0.1μm filtration, pH 7.0-8.1@25℃, osmotic pressure 270-310 mOsm/kg, no calcium, magnesium ions, phenol red indicator. For the specific content of each ingredient, please check the official website product formula table.

Transport at room temperature; Store at room temperature, valid for 24 months.

1. The product is sterilized by 0.1μm filtration and can be used directly.

2. Please pay attention to aseptic operation when using this product to avoid contamination.
