Product Description/Introduction

 

The productis specially is designed for the removal of ribonuclease (RNase) contamination from plastic or glass solid phase surfaces by direct contact. It mainly contains three active ingredients that can effectively remove the high concentration of RNase A on the solid surface. There is no residue and no effect on any enzymatic reaction

Assay Protocol / Procedures

 

1. Replace the bottle caps of RNase Remover Reagent A and B with nozzles respectively.

2. Adjust different spraying states by rotating nozzle switch. When not in use, please adjust the top of the nozzle to "X". When in use,"……"indicates single direction spraying and flower sprinkle icon indicates multi-direction spraying.

3. Spray RNase Remover Reagent A to the solid surface and wipe thoroughly back and forth with clean tissue.

4. Spray the same area with RNase Remover Reagent B and dry with clean tissue.

 

Note

 

1. The product is safe, non-toxic, and slight corrosion on easy-to-corrode metal if used for a long time .

2. Minimize contact with chemicals. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment when handling chemicals (for example, safety glasses, gloves, or protective clothing).

3. In case of accidental contact to the skin, please wash immediately with clean water. If serious, please inquiry medical advice in time.

4. If the RNase Remover Reagent A precipitate at a low temperature, please recover it by heating at 37℃.
